2. Licensing and Governing Law

We are licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under the Gambling Act, licence number 0000079, and we display the Neqotkuk Maliseet Nation seal alongside an 18+ mark in our footer. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tobique, and any dispute arising from your use of Spin Bet Casino falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tobique. However, all credit and debit card transactions, including chargebacks, refunds and card-based transaction processing, are governed exclusively by the laws of Cyprus, with the Cypriot courts holding exclusive jurisdiction over such matters. 3. Eligibility and Restricted Territories

We do not accept players, and will not process deposits or real-money play, from a long list of restricted countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Denmark, France and its overseas territories, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. 4. Account Registration

Our maximum withdrawal is $50,000 per month unless a promotion states otherwise, with higher VIP tiers eligible for exceptions at our sole discretion. Wins exceeding $50,000 may be paid in monthly instalments, and wins above $10,000 per day trigger additional anti-fraud checks.

Before requesting a withdrawal, your deposit must be wagered at least once, and sportsbook bets must carry odds of 1.50 or higher to count toward this requirement. All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Our typical spinbet withdrawal time is within 24 hours for e-wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. Dormant accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months are charged €10 per month or the remaining balance if smaller.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

We limit one bonus offer per person, family, address, e-mail, IP address, device or payment account. 9. Prohibited Use of VPNs

The use of Virtual Private Networks or similar tools to mask your location or identity is strictly prohibited when accessing SpinBet. If we determine that a VPN has been used, we reserve the right to reclaim any winnings, bonuses or returns accrued, including funds already withdrawn.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please submit it in writing from your registered e-mail address to complaints@spinbet.com, including your username and a detailed description of the issue. Disputes regarding a settled bet must be raised within 3 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it free of charge to our independent ADR provider, EGIS-FZCO, at https://egis.io/ or disputes@egis-adr.com.
